CereCore is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Nashville, TN. This individual will work on-site at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Summary:
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to determine their staffing needs, screening resumes, performing interviews with candidates and more, in order to successfully place, qualified candidates in a timely fashion at HCA and Non-HCA sites. The Senior Recruiter has extensive experience in sourcing and recruiting IT and Clinical professionals for contingent labor and full time placements.

Responsibilities:
  • Advanced experience using ATS, VMS and onboarding tools.
  • Leads sourcing activities for particular IT positions – whether informatics or technology based, developing strategies to achieve required results.
  • Leads and implements needed process improvements.
  • Leads by example performance and metrics wise.
  • Counsels and advises sourcing resources and hiring managers in candidate selection decision-making meetings.
  • Provides expertise on CereCore processes, training materials and more related to recruiting for new hires.
  • Counsels and advises sourcing resources on recommendations for job offer details to hiring managers, including experience ratings and research on internal equity.
  • Manages job order fulfillment in an efficient manner with the most qualified, best-fit candidates.
  • Coach and train team members on best practices to include:
    • Search engine optimization
    • Efficient use of technology and tools (e.g. job boards, social media)
    • Dealing with challenging client hiring managers
    • Conducting difficult searches
  • Conducts strategic sourcing activities including attending / coordinating job fairs, conferences, and other special events. 
  • Develops and recommends contractor/job offer details to candidate.
  • Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates.  
  • Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology.
  • Conducts strategy meetings with business leaders to identify upcoming needs and initiatives. 
  • Has business and financial acumen to understand and tailor activities to meet the business’ overall objectives.
  • Identifies internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic media (e.g., WebEx, Go to Meeting, etc.)
  • Collects, processes, and maintains applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results. 
  • Performs candidate reference checks.
  • Responsible for capturing process improvements in ATS.
  • Manages the delivery and negotiation of job offers, rejections and more to candidates.
Position Requirements:
  • Undergraduate college degree required
  • 7-10+ years of similar experience; healthcare and high-volume sourcing resources experience preferred
  • Must have previous technical recruitment experience
  • Knowledge and experience in contingent labor force development and management
  • Requires previous applicant tracking system (ATS) experience
  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • IT recruitment experience required
  • Staffing agency experience is preferred
  • Preferred experience recruiting for EHRs, including but not limited to MEDITECH, Cerner, EPIC, and Patient Keeper
  • Solid understanding of HR practices
  • High-volume recruitment experience highly preferred
  • Previous Master Service Provider (MSP) and/or Vendor Management System (VMS) experience is preferred
  • Involved in professional development (e.g. educational courses, certification, etc;)
  • Must be passionate about recruiting and making a difference
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed 
  • Strong data analytics skills including the use of advanced Excel functions
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
