This individual will work on-site at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare
Serve as a primary escalation point for all technical support related issues including - Network / infra support, help desk support and maintenance tasks.
- Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- May require a bachelor's degree in a related area.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Experience with enterprise software and hardware troubleshooting experience and customer service skills.
