CereCore is seeking a Sitecore Developer to join our team Remotely.   This individual will work remotely at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.
 
Responsibilities:  ​
  • Assist with efforts for new development and new functionality for enterprise applications supported by Development.
  • Possess strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Help create and maintain application support documentation, including disaster recovery, user provisioning, application functionality and architecture.
  • Participates in activities which improve departmental and organizational performance.
  • Maintains and protects confidentiality with regard to all aspects of patient care.
  • Adheres to Code of Conduct, Mission, and Values Statements.
  • Maintains professional knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participates in professional societies
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the implementation of projects and release work, including pilot training and initial field communication.
  • Identifies impact to other solutions or projects, and works with other Product Analysts and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations.
  • Provides operational support for applications, supporting the business and other IT areas by providing status and recommending solutions where there are system issues and coordinating resolution of issues with CSS and development.
  • Helps coordinate and assist in prioritizing new enhancement requests through user story reviews.
  • Understands the business implications of technology decisions.
 
Position Requirements:
  • A degree in an associated field and/or other advanced certification along with significant experience
  • Recent Sitecore developer certification
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns
  • Familiarity with SOLID principles and secure coding practices
  • Familiarity with content lifecycle
  • Understanding of web accessibility guidelines, web analytics, and SEO
  • Experience with Agile development processes
  • Experience managing DevOps processes
  • Understanding of cloud-native architecture, API-first development, and microservices
  • Experience working with a Headless CMS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with short turnaround delivery times
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a medium to large team
