Senior Revenue Application Support Analyst

CereCore is seeking a Senior Revenue Application Support Analyst to join our team Remotely. This individual will work remotely at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Responsibilities:  ​

Delivery (70%)
  • Validate the work completed by team members in order to assure quality of build and support, and possible breakdowns.
  • Maintains knowledge, develops strategies to utilize tools that will improve the support of the application.
  • Works through each job responsibility, in a defined process, to thoroughly evaluate the accuracy of build/scripting and escalates any potential issues to project lead and scripting team when appropriate. 
  • Work to educate team members on the functionality of the application
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with peers, Information Technology Stakeholders and Customers
  • Work with peers and customers to understand customer requirements, map process models, build technical solutions to satisfy requirements, and complete formal system testing.
  • Monitor system performance and report anomalies, errors, inaccuracies or inefficiencies.
  • Make recommendations as needed.
  • Train, educate, and instruct co-workers on features, operation, and usage of software systems.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures for the build and usage of clinical information systems.
  • Complete Build work request for projects
  • Provide 2nd Level application support for Customers
  • Document functional and technical requirements, build system tables, document test plans, conduct system testing, document user manuals and administer training.
Administrative/Staff Development (20%)
  • Performs prioritization of tasks for team members to meet deadlines and support requirements
  • Protect and grow customers by appropriately managing work and providing guidance and feedback
  • Participate in Staff Meetings by providing subject matter expertise
Governance (10%)
  • Work with Project Management and staff to prioritize task to meet deadlines
  • Complete project work using proven methodology
  • Update and create new process documentation as processes change or are added to service delivery.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal communication and problem solving skills 
  • Strong written, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines trough analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Strong understanding of appropriate hospital workflows and customer service
  • Flexible to accept on-call, change of hours to meet deadline
  • Working knowledge of Hyland RCM, OnBase Unity and Artiva
