CereCore is seeking a IS Support Specialist (Voice Administrator) to join our team Remotely.
Under the director of the IS Director, configures, implements, and maintains voice, data, and/or network communications systems
Applies technical concepts and ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
Monitors and evaluates voice and collaboration configurations of Voice equipment: Cisco Collaboration Suite
Monitors and evaluates voice configurations of Cisco voice network devices
IP Telephony systems administration, configuration, and implementation
Design /maintain documentation related to system layout along with creating and updating network documentation as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
1-3+ years of experience in a related field.
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Associate degree in Computer Science/ Technology or a related field preferred
Prior experience in a helpdesk environment preferred.
Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
Ability to install and configure computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
A+ certification a plus, but not required
