is seeking a IS Support Specialist (Voice Administrator) to join our team Remotely. 

Responsibilities:  ​

  • Under the director of the IS Director, configures, implements, and maintains voice, data, and/or network communications systems
  • Applies technical concepts and ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
  • Monitors and evaluates voice and collaboration configurations of Voice equipment: Cisco Collaboration Suite
  • Monitors and evaluates voice configurations of Cisco voice network devices
  • IP Telephony systems administration, configuration, and implementation
  • Design /maintain documentation related to system layout along with creating and updating network documentation as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.  
  • Associate degree in Computer Science/ Technology or a related field preferred  
  • Prior experience in a helpdesk environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
  • Ability to install and configure computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
  • A+ certification a plus, but not required
