As a member of CereCore, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for daily operations of the contingent workforce lifecycle dedicated to HCA. This position is a client-facing role responsible for daily communication to HCA’s key managers and directors. This role requires strategic execution to oversee the development, deployment, and direction of multifaceted processes.
 
Additional key responsibilities: Build and maintain HCA relationships, contribute to identifying new business opportunities, and drive innovation and growth through employee development and retention. This individual will exhibit strong decision-making skills. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead and innovate processes. The candidate will simultaneously manage the internal recruitment team, external clients (staffing agencies), the master services provider tool, and applicant tracking systems. Key skill set for this role includes, a high degree of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to negotiate, analyze, and multitask. Other skills include effective time management and attention to detail.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and manage day to day operations of the department including the principle of cultivating recruitment team strategies and competencies to achieve required results
  • Research, analyze, and present recruitment metrics and compliance audits to senior leadership 
  • Conduct meetings with key hiring managers and directors to identify resource needs, initiatives and forecasts 
  • Supervise daily recruitment activity including the assignment of requisitions to fill new or vacant positions, balancing workload efficiently among recruiters, and quality assurance checks 
  • Manage activity within the master service provider tool and candidate applicant tracking systems 
  • Continuously assess and seek to improve client satisfaction levels and retention
  • Manage all partner relations between the master services provider, external staffing agencies, hiring managers and human resources 
  • Regulate contract development, assessment, and negotiation 
  • Oversee the onboarding process. This includes all HR requirements have been met, proper subcontractor agreements have been completed, and equipment and day one user access is appropriate. 
  • Serve as the primary contact for consultant issues, driving problem resolution and escalating when necessary; Coordinate with appropriate internal departments to resolve client and consultant needs. Execute contract extensions and terminations as necessary.
  • Manage contractors timesheets within Planview 
  • Provide leadership and continuous improvement of people o Provide appropriate training and delivery to ensure recruitment team is fully knowledgeable and abreast on all processes, policies, and recruiting/sourcing methods 
  • Staff Quarterly Performance Review 
  • Lead and develop staff 
  • Personal Leadership Development and succession planning
  • Staff Meetings and 1:1 engagement with staff 
 
Position Requirements:
  • College Graduate Required - Undergrad 
  • Knowledge of technical skill sets 
  • Previous recruitment experience required 
  • Previous account management experience required 
  • Must be well versed in Microsoft Suite 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing required 
  • Proven experience and knowledge of vendor management and master service provider tools
  • Proven experience using candidate applicant tracking systems
