CereCore is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team Remotely. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Responsibilities:  ​
  • Act as technical developer within CRM and project Integrations, including requirements gathering, design, development, and testing.
  • Participate in requirements validation and feasibility analysis with respect to CRM.
  • Create high level and detail design specification that will enable, help troubleshooting day to day build activities.
  • Produce high quality, modular, reusable code that incorporates coding best practices and serves as an example for less experienced developers.
  • Write code and assist in development of new products/features and enhance and/or maintain existing ones
    Assist the infrastructure team in CRM Integration configuration/customization for different environment.
  • Accurately report issues and status to project management.
    Create and execute unit test cases (both automated and manual)
  • Participate in various code review activities.
  • Produced and review enterprise-level system design documentation, including: XML schemas, WSDL's, Use Cases, Software Architecture Documentation, Service Mapping (i.e., map service schema to backend source systems), Consumer Guide (i.e., end user documentation), and transition documentation to support the team.
  • Understand assigned applications and system architecture
  • Lead troubleshooting activities
  • Work on assignments involving the use of various technologies both old and new.
  • Develop software with a focus on delivering reusable code.
  • Mentor other engineers on the applications and system architecture.
  • Direct the performance of simple, moderate and complex programming assignments within the department
    Provide after-hours/on-call support as needed
Position Requirements:
  • 3 - 5 years or more experience in:
    - Salesforce development (Classic)
    - APEX code
    - Visual Force
    - Workflows
    - Trigger and Trigger Frameworks
    - API Creation and Management
  • Must be familiar with and able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise developing in a Salesforce Classic environment (Service Cloud).
  • Our core system is a legacy system built in Classic.  This role with be working with a mixture of support existing functionality, enhancing existing features, and adding new capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferable but not required:
  • Previous Salesforce administrator and configuration management
    - Salesforce Lightning
    - Java 8
    - API Management tools like Google Apigee
    - Scrum, Agile, Lean Product Development, Domain Driven Design
    - Use of Eclipse, Intellij, or other IDE tools and integration with Salesforce
    - Accustomed to code repository strategies TFS, GIT
  • Experience and knowledge with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Healthcare experience, preferable
    Exposure to the fundamentals of Enterprise Architecture (preferred)
