CereCore is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, TN. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.


  • Leverage basic working knowledge of clinical workflows and medical terminology to assess and direct change request reviews and determine suggested outcomes for expedient outcomes
  • Perform in-depth review of change request background, select and propose review pathways and decision approaches with a high degree of accuracy
  • Conduct research to facilitate Clinical Change Control decisions, review database documentation to assure data accuracy
  • Continually evaluate database framework and perform database administration as necessary for user provisioning, user enhancements, and performance improvement
  • Support the team’s development of technical specifications, business requirements, and testing support for the maintenance and enhancement of HCA clinical systems
  • Run and analyze system reports on requests to meet EHRO metric-driven results
  • Support project and other COG teams in integrating change control activities into their project plans

  • Review incoming requests to see if they already exist in database
  • Monitor high level timelines for use in communicating with Clinical Change Control members, COG leadership, and ITG

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree  
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in healthcare, technology, or customer service
