CereCore is seeking an Project Manager to join our team in Nashville, TNThis individual will work on-site and Remotely at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.
Responsibilities:  ​
  • Planning, scheduling, execution, scope management, requirements management, risk management, and status reports for assigned projects.
  • Project leadership, to include conflict management, decision making, and managing expectations.
  • Organizational awareness, building customer trust and confidence, business acumen, and functional/technical knowledge. 
  • Work with multiple stakeholders across HCA to develop/execute project plans and schedules.
  • Manage accountability and follow-up to ensure all assigned tasks have been completed fully and within set timeframes.
  •  Escalate unresolved project issues with team management as needed.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with IT project initiatives – preferred
  •  Strong background and experience using MS Project
  • Experience with Agile project management and Agile software (e.g. JIRA) – preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication capability; persuasive, encouraging, motivating, and inspiring; the ability to listen and understand
  •  Strong relationship management skills
  • Adaptable, flexible, with experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Results-oriented with the ability to clarify objectives
  • Sense of responsibility; someone who takes ownership and initiative and can work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to report and track project deliverables
  • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies, methods, and processes
  • Experience driving projects across multiple technology teams in a large complex organization
