CereCore is seeking a Senior Systems Architect to join our team Remotely.  This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

  • Creating architectural design, development and deployment of labor management systems
  • Defining system solutions based on user/client needs, cost and required integration with existing systems, applications or platforms 
  • Identifying, selecting and testing technology products required for solution delivery
  • Creating and delivering cloud-based solutions using technologies. 
  • Ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project team. 
  • Providing level of effort estimates for technical portion of solutions. 
  • Developing a strategy for the interface and integration and utilization of existing systems.
  • Assessing and ensuring conformance to architectural standards, reduction of technical debt, and adaption of enterprise assets. 
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills in all stages of the software development life cycle. 
  • Lead technical product discussions with key technical stakeholders to ensure exceptional delivery. 
  • Encourage and mentor the engineering team to rethink technical assumptions and approaches 
  • Provide periodic progress reports outlining tasks accomplished, progress to date, significant issues, and actual and projected financial performance. 
  • Other duties as assigned 
 Position Requirements:
  • 7+ years of systems engineering, cloud infrastructure or devops engineer is required.
  • 7+ years of database design and programming experience required. 
  • 7+ years of Microsoft platform (.NET, Windows, IIS) experience preferred. 
  • 5+ years of implementing cloud based applications preferred. 
  • 5+ years of C# experience preferred. 
  • Web Development experience required (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.NET). 
  • Microsoft MVC.NET experience preferred. 
  • Microsoft Entity Framework and Linq experience preferred.
  • T-SQL (SQL Server 200x) experience required. 
  • XML/XSL experience preferred.
  • Unit testing experience preferred. 
  • UML modeling experience preferred. 
  • Application troubleshooting experience required.
  • Long-term application support experience preferred. 
  • Root-cause analysis experience preferred. 
  • Willingness to learn our business domain required. 
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) required. 
  • Agile experience preferred.
