CereCore is seeking a Technical Analyst to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT.  This individual will work on-site at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.


  • Installs and repairs facility and division equipment and software including but not limited to terminals, personal computers, printers, cabling, and related software products.
  • Responds to and resolves inquiries and requests for assistance with division or facility computer systems, and provides a superior customer support experience for division and facility users.
  • Analyzes and provides hands-on support for simple to moderate inquiries. Determines appropriate technical area or vendor to resolve the problem and coordinates with other technical areas, as needed.
  • Logs and tracks problems; reviews problem tracking databases.
  • Maintains documentation for each incident or request, and escalates complex problems to the next level of support per documented procedures.
  • Effectively works with customers, Service Desk and Technical Services personnel.
Position Requirements: 
  • May require an associate's degree in a related area and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to multi-task; Possesses strong analytical skills.
  • Effectively communicates verbally and in writing.
The CMS mandate applies to colleagues in most healthcare settings, such as hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient rehab facilities, home health, hospice, long-term care facilities and other patient care settings. It also applies to individuals who provide support services within these facilities.  Any colleague who works in, or has work-related reasons to visit, these facilities or care settings is required to have their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by Jan. 27 and be fully vaccinated by Feb. 28, unless they qualify for a medical or religious exemption.
