CereCore is seeking a Epic MyChart Analyst to join our team Remotely.

Responsibilities:  ​
  • The Epic Analyst will be in charge of a few complex projects at any given point in time.
  • The Epic Analyst is expected to spend time within facilities and critical areas to maintain a firm understanding of operations and ensure development and solutions solve the core ask/issue
  • Leads various initiatives linked to EHR or process improvement.
  • Provides incident/issue support through data gathering.
  • Works to troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 level application-specific issue build/fixes.
  • Designs and configures the software to support clinical and operational workflows within the Epic MyChart module.
  • Analyzes clinical or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
  • Assists with the analysis, recommendations for corrective actions, and resolution of problems within the software applications, and provides support for normal maintenance of upgrades, and system maintenance

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years in Epic MyChart application knowledge.
  • Current Epic MyChart Certification.
  • 5+ years of MyChart Build experience required.
  • Orion Experience required.
  • Project Management/ Leadership Experience required.
