CereCore is seeking a Test Process Manager to join our team Remotely.

Responsibilities:  ​
  • Implement a structured approach to test defect management
  • Prepare quality assessments, reports, and metrics
  • Formulate go/no-go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status
  • Monitor and report the status and progress of each test phase to different stakeholders
  • Present test improvements and developments to leadership and in progress meetings
  • Act as the main liaison communicating between the teams and the rest of the organization such as; Information Services & Technology Information Services and Technology, Operations, and Executive Leadership)
  • Responsible for producing the overall test delivery plan and defining the test deliverable milestones, test tasks, and activities
  • Develop detailed test plans for projects, status tracking/ reporting, and reporting for leadership decisions
  • Lead the development and execution of test cases, ensuring all test results are correctly recorded and remediated
  • Coordinate all testing roles, document accountability for test types/cases, and manage responsibilities across teams
  • Establish scope and build freeze dates in coordination with project management to allow sufficient test and issue remediation time
  • Ensure that all test phases have appropriate entry/exit criteria for monitoring achievement of these criteria and for obtaining sign-off against these before Go Live.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant Test management background with a proven history of success.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team in a matrixed environment
  • Healthcare experience required.
  • ITIL Certification is highly preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
  • Experience in test planning and alignment of test strategies
  • Experience leading end-to-end testing across all integrated applications in a healthcare environment
  • Understanding of quality assurance methodologies
  • Scope and Change management process as a custodian of quality
  • Experience in having designed and implemented test frameworks on large scale programs and enhancing existing test processes
  • Ability to work PST hours.
