CereCore HCA is seeking to hire a Process Engineer to support the Galen School of Nursing project. The Galen School of Nursing initiative is a key component to help HCA solve nurse staffing shortage problems. HCA is opening up the Galen School of Nursing with 6-10 new campuses a year to act as a talent feeder into the HCA organization.
This team has done analysis and partnered with HCA and Galen on backend processes such as admissions and enrollment processes and there is a need to be able to scale those processes as these new campuses open. CereCore recommended 50-70 changes to their backend processes and the project is now at implementation phase. This role entails walking through each recommendation and planning out execution of those changes. It is a 6 month engagement till end of year and will likely run well into next year and there will likely be additional spin off projects from there.
Required experience: Louisville person more experienced Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certification. Other two positions Green Belt certificate is a plus. Overall we are seeking smart people and will train them up ourselves.
- Day to day responsibilities: Teaching & training of Lean Six Sigma, doing analysis and organization of a project, communicating recommendations and execution of implementation plans. In this role, Process Engineers will be responsible for talking with administrators and guiding them on the changes being made and acting in a support capacity. Responsibilities also include reporting effectiveness and process improvements.
