CereCore is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer III to join our team remotely. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Overview:

The Product & Technology Organization at HealthTrust defines and implements solutions that empower our customers, suppliers, and business partners to realize savings and drive improved clinical outcomes. If we do our jobs well, we lower costs for healthcare providers, enabling them to make care more affordable for all.

This team is part of larger Data Solutions organization. This team manages and is responsible for accuracy and vetting of data used in different organizations in the company. It’s a data management group and we use various tooling such as Item Master and categorizing those items. This team also handles data accuracy. All around data management, what can we do to validate and vet and make sure data is correct.

The ideal candidate is someone with a minimum of 2-3 years .NET core experience, SQL and Angular/Javascript/CSS or Vue.JS. Looking for someone flexible and willing to learn. Tech stack is .Net core, integrating Python into work we are doing and looking at moving things to Azure cloud solutions. Looking for someone with strong SQL skills. Someone who can work in ambiguity. Applications right now in Angular 8, but looking at shifting to Vue.js for any new development; Looking at a simpler setup and installation with Vue.JS.

Right now we have a tool call item management. It allows users to interact with and place data, but the team is shifting a little bit to focus more on making sure that data is correct and not just the application. So the application right now as it stands, we have a team called Item Management team. They gather info about new items that need to be added into the system and updates that are needed. They will make updates to the system.


Responsibilities:
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchal, and ego-free culture where your contribution is valued over a title.
  • Discover business problems, hypothesize solutions, and use data to quickly test, learn, and implement solutions that deliver value.
  • Minimize in-progress work by focusing on the most important thing
  • Write user interface and server-side code
  • Write unit tests, integration tests and functional tests
  • Automate deployment and management of platforms using cloud technologies
  • Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” and “Mission and Value Statement.”

Position Requirements:
  • Development skills with Python, React, Vue, .NET Core, or other applicable languages
  • Experience with ETL processes or Analytics/Reporting applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Strong development experience with Microsoft SQL or Postgres, including advanced features
  • Solid expertise in developing modern, scalable applications
  • Experience with HL7 or other healthcare integration a plus
  • Strong initiative, self-motivated, and able to drive results with minimal guidance
  • Ability to work within team scope to drive development direction and team objectives
  • Comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity, and change
  • A professional, relaxed, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Pragmatic focus on delivering business value, with a relentless focus on creating and measuring outcomes
