CereCore is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team Remotely.
Responsibilities:
Establishes strong partnership and engagement with the account manager to support staff augmentation initiatives.
Tracks project work and status related to the delivery of contingent staffing services.
Stores documents and deliverables in the appropriate repository.
Supports the account manager of upcoming deadlines and project expectations with commercial clients.
Adjust and communicates project schedules to the appropriate party accordingly.
Ensures proper archiving of files and documents so they can be easily accessed in the future.
Completes project closure documentation and updates relevant tools, systems, and repositories.
Supports account manager with conducting meetings and other project-related communications.
Facilitates meetings, reporting status, and completing any other work as needed.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
2+ years of professional working experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.)
Great organization skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
A sense of responsibility and accountability; someone who takes ownership and initiative.
Adaptable and flexible to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation.
Ability to learn new technologies, methods, and processes.
