CereCore is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join our team. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Provide Technical and Managerial leadership to a highly visible, strategic corporate initiative responsible for upgrading foundational IT Technology in Hospital facilities across the HCA enterprise. Deploying on an accelerated schedule.  Ultimately being accountable for the tactical plan and quality of the department and project. Typically supports large to extra-large size projects. Heavy engagement with program leadership in financial budget planning and management.

Responsibilities:  ​
  • Responsible for supporting assigned project implementation, ensuring all respective scope, requirements, schedule, resource, risk/issue and financial management of HWE/Network project activities are completed on-time, within budget, and as designed/specified
  • Actively participate and provide support for all HWE/Network project activities
  • Serve as single point of contact for all assigned HWE/Network project needs; meeting regularly (in person and remotely) with Facility/Division leadership to ensure program success
  • Seeks opportunities for both quality and process improvements
  • Strong demonstrated leadership or mentoring focus to develop other team members
  • Ability to build and foster more senior leadership relationships in strategic environments
Position Requirements:
  • 5 or more years applicable experience preferred
  • Prior experience with IT support, Networking required
  • Ability to Travel up to 90% - position will require visiting facilities across the HCA enterprise.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to multi-task; Possesses strong analytical skills.
  • Effectively communicates verbally and in writing
