CereCore is seeking a Administrative Assistant – Mid Level to join our team in Coppell, TX. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.


We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the IT Field Operations organization and report directly to the Division CIO. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as an office manager with responsibilities around supply ordering, drinks, copiers, managing contracts and tracking building maintenance. Then the other aspect of this role is true Executive Assistant responsibilities such as managing calendars, assist on any and all events going on in the building, crafting out formal communications weekly and monthly, conference room scheduling ownership, support division agendas, taking notes on executive meetings, etc. As part of this role, we are also looking for something to act as a “Culture Ambassador” for the team – someone who tracks birthdays, anniversaries, family members passing and acknowledges with gifts, memos, and celebrations as appropriate.

  • Performs a variety of administrative functions
  • Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation.
  • Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
  • Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • May direct and lead the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
