CereCore is seeking an Application Engineer - Consulting Level to join our team Remotely. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.
Overview: This position sits within the HR Systems team and will be supporting the global HR Applicant Tracking System and Onboarding system. The department recently finished an enterprise rollout of Infor as their GHR. This roll will be focused on implementing enhancements and improvements to the product. Some examples of the enhancements you will be working on in this position include (but are not limited to) improving home pages and improving the UI/UX. Also doing a lot on making a better experience for the candidate by making a portal for them when they accept an offer for all their paperwork. This role will also be doing a lot of behind the scenes workflows and changing logic and console changes such as changing what the forms look like in the system and making it an easier to deal with product.
GHR/ATS/ONB: Global HR, Applicant tracking, & Onboarding is an Infor built AWS hosted cloud application that has replaced HCAs Infors Lawson On-Prem HR application and Infor’s Enwisen onboarding application. Additionally, ATS replaced Taleo (Oracle). We have a requirement to maintain both GHR & Lawson because Lawson Payroll is still on prem. This requires both Lawson (on-prem) & GHR to stay in sync. We have ION integrations between the 2 systems. (uses Infor OS- ION & some batch jobs). This role will be a 50/50 split between modifying front end forms via Config Console/LPL. If they have the react.js skillset, I would also have them work & support on the more major UI/UX changes being made for New Hire Onboarding & Manager/Employee experience. The other amount of time would be dedicated to workflow/process flow changes, modifying logic flow logic & approval paths using IPA (Infor Process Admin). As a consulting level, we would also expect this role to help solution & design based on business requirements provided. Part of your time will be needed to attend meetings with ITG & Business team to help in solutioning.
Design, development, configuration, customization and support of software related to Human Resources for HCA.
Responsible for partnering with developers, analysts, and business process experts on strategic programs, projects, and activities to support the HRIT roadmap.
Develops positive relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Manages multiple development projects at a time independently or part of a larger team.
Provides production support for Global HR/ATS/ONB, Lawson HR/Payroll and ancillary HR systems.
Ensures repeatable processes are documented and adheres to HCA design and development standards to complete the HR Roadmap throughout the company.
Provides on call production support as needed to support the HR Business teams. May require travel to complete project work.
Coaches, mentors and develops junior team members on HCA software engineer standards.
