CereCore is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR)to join our team in Nashville, TN. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.
Overview: This position will manage the process of identifying potential clients and moving them into the sales process. This will include contacting potential clients to inform them about services, gather information about their organization and current needs, nurture prospects, identify leads and set appointments for the CereCore sales team. This role will drive revenue and margin goals through the introduction and collaborative selling of CereCore offerings. Focus will be on health systems and other high priority hospitals as designated and will articulate the value of how CereCore can effectively serve a healthcare system. The BDR will establish and nurture prospect relationships and project a favorable image of CereCore as a client-focused healthcare business solutions leader. This person will work with marketing and sales resources as needed to construct comprehensive content and a captivating message to penetrate the target market and grow CereCore business. This person must become well versed and knowledgeable of healthcare industry trends, CereCore competitors, and specifically CereCore capabilities and differentiators. This person must be able to meet or exceed established lead generation goals. An effective Business Development Representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with objections and doubts.

Contact potential or existing customers to generate interest in CereCore services
Answer questions about services or the company
Research and build relationships to understand customer needs
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Handle all prospects with courtesy and professionalism; Establish and maintain a high level of prospect satisfaction in all interactions
Ensure the success of existing, as well as new services through the sales of client focused solutions at key health systems.
Effectively balance new lead generation versus follow up efforts. Create a strong follow up plan that will increase efficiency and sales conversion rates
Support marketing efforts through communication of industry events, trade shows, and other applicable networking events to prospects and existing clients
Diligent use of HubSpot and / or Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Assists with reporting, process documentation and organization within CRM tool(s)
Report to the Business Development Manager on weekly sales progress and metrics
Stays up-to-date on industry insights through weekly research of accounts and prospects
Attends industry functions as needed to increase brand awareness

Effective Communicator - Telesales representatives must have excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers. While they may work from a script, telesales reps must also have the ability to be flexible and creative
Motivated – They must be persuasive and highly motivated to generate leads. Since it is often necessary to establish a relationship with a prospect before a successful sale, they must also be patient and persistent.
Attention to Detail and Organized - Telesales representatives are often required to make note of relevant and critical information while on the telephone. Multi-tasking and attention to detail are important when keeping contact information up to date and sales team informed. They must respond quickly to changing business needs, prioritize, and organize effectively even when volume and workload exceed expectations
Goal-Oriented – Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment
Excellent time-management skills
