CereCore is seeking a Sr. Product Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN. 

This position with the Solution Delivery team is responsible for designing, configuring, testing and deploying IT solutions for the Physician Services Group within HCA. The Consulting Product Analyst will collaborate with Business Customers, Department Heads, and Project teams, provide leadership regarding application design, as well as support and develop subject matter knowledge for internally developed applications. The Consulting Product Analyst will ensure the effective design, build, deployment, documentation and maintenance of these IT solutions within the environment.

  • What is the planned work schedule for this contractor (work hours)? M-F 9-5
  •  Is there any skills testing or screening needed for consideration for this role? SQL/.NET but we will manage this on our side
  • Definition for all product software for the Enterprise (PSG, Parallon, Corporate Initiatives, Division/Field Initiatives)
  • Articulates existing system structure, constraints and deficiencies with product to vendors, customers, architecture and support teams
  • Participating in project team meetings; work with project managers to document, report and manage risks, issues and changes
  • Manage the requirements change control process; and complete a requirements matrix throughout the execution of the solution to ensure that all documented requirements are met
  • Builds and maintains a strategic working relationship with software vendors
  • Function as a liaison with business teams to perform gap analysis of vendor product functionality to business process requirements
  • Provide technical guidance during the development, implementation, support and maintenance of integrations at PSG
  • Document product enhancements for vendor solutions liaising with the vendor and business customers through the design and development cycle
  • Assists management and team leads on large projects that affect organization's long-term goals and objectives
  • Document for vendor delivered solutions business process, application workflow/UI front-end to backend database mapping and traceability to support downstream ETL efforts
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend/develop solutions
Preferred Technical Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of Clinical and Financial Applications
  • Extensive knowledge of EMRs such as eClinicalWorks, Medicity, Epic, GE Centricity, NextGen, etc.
  • Experience in data analysis, modeling and visualization
  • Broad application of health industry data standards.
  • Microsoft SQL Server or other DBMS.
  • Experience with Cloverleaf and BizTalk
  • Experience in HL7 messaging standards
  • Expertise in FHIR API standards
Soft skills: 
  • Strong analytical and design skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Participate in strategic design, construction and implementation of solutions in the EMR environment. This includes selecting, gathering specifications for, designing and implementing solutions for consumers throughout the enterprise
  • Works to build technical knowledge by taking advantage of internal team mentoring and attending professional development opportunities
  • Contributes to the development of goals and objectives related to the business.
  • Lead troubleshooting activities to resolution

  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation on design and operational topics
