CereCore is seeking aResource Coordinator to serves as a liaison for the CereCore MEDITECH Professional Services Team. This is expected to be a contract to hire role. The Resource Coordinator is responsible for handling multiple job duties and projects related to onboarding and assisting with the talent management lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Recruitment Services and Desktop Services on sourcing and onboarding tasks
Utilizes the internal candidate applicant tracking system and vendor management software tools to assist with managing resources.
Assist with managing the contracts process to ensure all resources are active with appropriate data and documentation.
Additional (back-up) delegate to travel expense approver
Lead departmental onboarding orientation presentations
Helps new hires become acclimated to CereCore, MEDITECH Professional Services and all clients
Assist with departmental communication using varies platforms including MS Outlook and WebEx Teams
Assists with the onboarding process for all new hires including employees and contractors, which includes managing access to tools, devices, equipment, badges, and access.
Assist with systematic record keeping
Assist from time to time sourcing for qualified candidates, conduct pre-screening phone interviews, schedule and prepare documentation for interviews
Assists with coordinating calendar invites, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events
Prepares departmental reports and performs regular or as needed system audits
Develops and maintains relationships with MEDITECH Professional Services managers and leadership
Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants and contractors
The Resource Coordinator may be asked from time to time to complete tasks not listed within the contents of this document, but that are relative to the goals of the business
Requirements:
Candidate must have 3 + years of previous administrative experience in a fast paced environment
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook and Excel required) ( Adobe and Power BI preferred)
Requires excellent typing skills
Candidate must possess polished presentation skills
Strong organizational skills, strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to quickly adjust to changing departmental needs
Candidate must be detail-oriented and utilize critical thinking for problem solvin
Possess the ability to work independently with little direction and seek out new opportunities
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Preferred local to Nashville location for role or may require travel to headquarters (Nashville) quarterly
Able to work in office setting with prolonged sitting
College degree required
