CereCore is seeking a Senior Process Engineer – Consulting Level to join our team in Nashville, TN. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Overview:

CereCore HCA is seeking to hire a Senior Process Engineer – Consulting Level to support Care Transformation & Innovation. We are seeking a seasoned veteran who is Black Belt certified and has extensive Health Care industry experience. Our Care Transformation & Innovation organization has a few different process initiatives/projects underway and based on the best fit to your skill set, you can expect to be assisting with one of the following projects: physician documentation, nurse scheduling & staffing, labor & delivery clinical care and clinical workflows. You will be responsible for traveling to out-of-state hospital locations, observing and mapping out processes and implementing innovative process solutions.



Responsibilities:  ​
  • Process Engineering utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles
  • 30 – 50% travel to a hospital location, watching what people do, mapping out what they do and problem solving from a process expertise perspective.

Position Requirements:
  • 30-50% travel out-of-state
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Black Belt certification required
  • 5-10+ years Health Care industry experience
  • Experience with system/process implementations preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate complex processes.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Must exhibit a strong attention to detail coupled with an ability to multi-task.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization.
  • Must be able to execute and move efforts forward.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and adaptability.
