CereCore is seeking a Director of Professional Services to join our team Remotely in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Managing delivery to meet or exceed all service level agreements (SLAs),
- Create and monitor Key performance indicators (KPIs),
- Manage scope of services within contract boundaries
- Identify and implement quality improvements
- Support business development activities, including scope definition and resource estimates
- Manage and support delivery of advisory/consulting services to clients, including project and program management, software implementation support and go-live support
- Manage engagements according to Cerecore’s financial/cost Management policies
- Partner with clients to successfully implement healthcare technologies and provide oversight of complex program delivery including project execution, and support operations
- Shape and influence solutions for our clients in connection with their strategic priorities and Cerecore services.
- Ensure project plans and estimates are robust and report on deployment and support deliverables and project team outcomes
- Develop, define, and deliver methodologies for technology deployment and support services
Strategic Business/IT Alignment & Planning
- Develops standardized deployment and support solutions and executes ensuring alignment with the business and software vendor partners implementation strategies
Relationship Management & Communication
- Builds positive relationships with the Cerecore US/UK leadership team, service line leaders, support teams, prospective and existing client leaders and vendor partners
- Communicates status, issues, risks and escalations effectively to the executive team
Policies & Procedures
- Ensures activities adhere to all established policies and procedures and standards of business conduct.
Position Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in large-scale, healthcare technology implementations and experience in a consulting environment
- 10+ years of experience in a healthcare technology environment with a strong focus on electronic health records software implementation and support
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that align with Cerecore services and client objectives
- Ability to make balanced, value-based decisions for complex problems
- Experience implementing and supporting Meditech or other major electronic health record software in a healthcare provider setting
- Skilled in interacting with senior management at clients and/or within Cerecore, including negotiatiating or influencing resolutions of significant matters
- Ability and experience in mentoring and developing team members
- Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and within a matrix organization
