CereCore is seeking a Contracts Administration Specialist to join our team in the United Kingdom and Remotely.
Summary: The Contracts Administration Specialist provides increasingly complex, substantive business, technical, and legal review, including analysis and interpretation of CereCore International contracts including, but not limited to, order forms, statements of work, amendments, non-disclosure agreements (NDA), and master agreements in support of operations and strategic initiatives of the CereCore International enterprise services. This position includes administration of complex contracts and requires subject matter expertise in the areas of contracting and negotiation with a focus on information technology subject matter including, but not limited to, professional services, transition service agreements, various software licensing methods (on-premise and cloud offerings, and information security practices. This role serves as focal point for communication between Legal, finance, and business leaders for establishing agreements with customers and partners as well as resolution of contract issues and disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate conversations with functional teams during project kick-off to gather feedback, opinions, and alignment of resource needs to meet contracting initiative timelines. Functional teams include finance, business development, legal and service line delivery leaders.
Work closely with legal team to execute on contracting with buyers of CereCore services.
Communicate negotiation status and results to internal groups. Audiences include but are not limited to: business development, senior leadership, legal, client management, clients and other service line leaders.
Recognize if / when data is being shared outside of the enterprise, the type of data, how that data will be utilized and contractual documentation required.
Prepare and administer routine correspondence, negotiation and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittal. Prepare, organize and maintain contract records and files documenting contract performance and compliance.
Assist business development, legal, finance, operations and project management teams in working with internal or external clients on issue resolution relative to assigned contracts.
Strategic Business/IT Alignment & Planning
Ensures compliance with standardized contract documents maintained and utilized with clients, business and software vendor partners.
Relationship Management & Communication
Builds positive relationships with the CereCore and HCA US/UK legal and business development teams, service line leaders, support teams, prospective and existing client legal teams, and vendor partners legal teams.
Communicates status, issues, risks and escalations effectively to the appropriate leaders.
Policies & Procedures
Ensures activities adhere to all established policies and procedures and standards of business conduct.
Experience, knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Self-starter with hands-on work experience administering the contract life cycle in technology and technology services industries.
Understanding of various technology services and supporting contract documents and content.
5+ years of overall experience, to include a minimum of 5 years of full-life cycle in contracts administration in the professional IT services industry.
University degree in law or equivalent work experience.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and rapidly changing priorities.
Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Critical thinking and decision making skills to determine when legal escalation is required to avoid creating or prolonging risks and/or issues.
Ability to analyze situations from a business and legal perspective and ensure Cerecore is contractually protected while enabling the business to operate and grow.
