CereCore is seeking a Technical Innovation Senior Manager, Advanced Data Solutions to join our team in Remotely. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.
Overview:
The Technical Innovation Sr Manager is a Data & Analytics leader who can come into the organization and bring innovative qualities to the group. We want someone who has done what we haven’t done. Someone who has done the things where we want to go. Candidates need to know the Professional Services business. Some of the critical tech where we need to innovate is our current data ecosystem, state of data management and business intelligence. In two years we want to be maximizing data sources in organization, pulling together in the cloud and then drive innovative business value towards business objectives. This role is focused on conceptual innovation, long term strategy and vision.
Responsibilities:
Supervises – Group of 2 – 15 including analysts, consultants and at times additional contractors of HISs, Hospital Information Systems.
Prioritization of task and allocation of resources to meet deadlines
Management of resource utilization
Protect and Grow Clients by managing staff and providing guidance and feedback
Directs, Trains and Motivates staff
Status Reporting
Approving Timesheets
Approving Expense reporting
Maintain Skills set and updates as needed
Conducting Staff Meetings and 1:1 engagement
Mentors/Trains new staff as warranted
Evaluate candidates for hire
Contribute to SOW and project development
Develops, implements and evaluates programs to promote the recruitment, retention and continuing education of staff
Monitoring Emails
Operational
Manage deadlines or critical milestones on assigned projects.
Work with management to provide resource estimates for Client Business Cases and SOWs
Work with management to staff projects with FTE and supplement staff with consultants
Work with management to formulate, document and test best practice and efficient build processes
Review functional and technical documents created and updated by staff
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders and Clients
Work with vendors and staff to gain knowledge of their product features and assist management in aligning the build/implementation strategy with the vendor’s product roadmap.
Works with staff collaborating knowledge to resolve issues
Delivery
Collaborate with Client Executive, Clients, Vendors and PMs to schedule, staff and deliver enhancements
Work with management to lead staff in implementing Large, Medium and Small projects
Work with Project Management and staff to prioritize task to meet deadlines
Work with staff to assure that proven methodologies are being utilized
Work with other managers to review staffing across departments to staff projects effectively.
Collaborates with management team on and abreast of issues, progress, and risks

Knowledge preferred Clinical/Financial system platforms, MEDITECH, EPIC, etc..
3-7+ years Management experience
7-10+ years overall relevant experience in Healthcare, Data, Business Intelligence, Professional Services
Experience leading teams in developing technical solutions that impact operational efficiency.
Experience leveraging abilities in anticipation and persuasiveness to drive a team to innovative development and delivery of impactful technology solutions.
