CereCore is seeking a Senior MEDITECH OR Procedure Standardization Analyst- to join our team. This individual will work remote at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

This consultant will work on visible and complex efforts.  They must have the ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment under limited supervision. The Analyst collaborates with team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, identify and resolve project issues, and ensure the IT solution meets requirements. The Analysts are independent, innovative, self-managing individuals with the ability to succeed with only general directions while communicating project status to key team members. 
Responsibilities:  ​
  • Supports the development of implementation plans and methodologies to support MEDITECH OR Procedure Standardization Procedure project.
  • Analyzes current or potential business processes and reviews existing information systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develops mapping, dictionary build and flowcharts of business processes
  • Prefer experience with MEDITECH clinical documentation applications
  • Prefer past experience in a clinical setting related to Physician applications
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with general supervision
  • Sense of responsibility and accountability; someone who takes ownership and initiative
  • The ability to think and act; decisiveness, assertiveness, with the ability to achieve results quickly

Position Requirements:
  • 5- 7 years of experience on increasingly challenging projects in business with a proven delivery track record.
  • Demonstrated advance subject matter experience of a service line application
  • A background working with a fast paced, results oriented environment.
  • Prefer OR experience
  • Must have MEDITECH dictionaries, rescheduling, & mapping experience.
  • Requires MEDITECH Magic (5.6X) 
  • Prefer OR clinical experience
