CereCore is seeking a Consulting Product Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TNor remote. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.
Summary: The positions primary responsibility will be to define, implement, operationalize, and support HCA’s HIE (Health Information Exchange) solution. Supports business owners related to system solutions, enhancements or system issues. Provides business knowledge and subject matter expertise on systems to the business owner and team members. Works with other key project team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, identify and resolve project issues, and ensure the IT solution meets requirements and the business need.
In this position, you will: Drives Planning, Design and Delivery of HIE Solutions
Drives enhancement design and priorities with the Business Owner(s).
Drives determining and achieving due dates / delivery dates.
Manages operational, design, and technical tasks as needed based on project.
Identifies potential risks to the quality of the product/solution.
Develops future strategies using emerging technology.
Plans and oversees the rollout of pilots and across the HCA Enterprise.
Drives solution testing (Use Case development, Test Planning, Test Strategy.)
Participates with Business Owner in developing rollout strategies and training materials.
Responsible for maintaining documentation for projects and ensures the information can be easily located and referenced by the organization.
Participates in both tactical and strategic product management activities including Road Map planning, field research with thought leaders and others determined by your manager.
Leads meetings with Purpose, ensures documentation of outcomes, action items, and next steps.
Provide second level system support for Corporate Service Support.
Maintain vendor relationships including driving operational deliverables.
Maintain open collaboration with the business leaders to assure data model is agreed upon.
Create and maintain strong relationships with internal IT&S departments.
Requirements:
5+ Years Experience implementing HL7 interfaces and standards.
1+ Years Experience implementing CCDA interfaces and standards.
1+ Years Experience implementing a Meaningful Use Certified Solution
1+ Years Experience implementing HIE solutions with IHE Protocols
In depth knowledge of HIE IHE Protocols (XCA, XDS.b, ITI-41)
In depth knowledge of HL7 V2 Standards
1+ Years EMR Integration Experience with MEDITECH HL7 and CCDA
1+ Years EMR Integration Experience with EPIC HL7 and CCDA
1+ Years EMR Integration Experience with eClinical Works HL7 and CCDA
1+ Years EMR Integration Experience with NextGen HL7 and CCDA
Experience with Surescripts Direct Messaging Administration Management
Experience with SQL Server Query building and optimizing
2+ Years with Microsoft Office, Visio, and MS-Project
In depth knowledge and experience with the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process
Advanced Graduate Degree Preferred
