CereCore is seeking an Interoperability Operations Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare

Summary:
This leadership position with the Clinical Informatics team of the Clinical Operations Group is responsible for delivery and support of interoperability solutions across the enterprise. This position participates in multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams and regularly updates leadership and other stakeholders. The nature of the solutions range from health information exchange with national networks to use case-specific clinical decision support.
Success in this position includes implementing technical solutions and operational processes. A customer service mindset and the ability to relate to partners with multiple and diverse backgrounds is crucial to excelling in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Full resource management for team
  • Lead in development of organizational procedures for the Interoperability area
  • Facilitate engagement and collaboration among multiple organizations and teams across the enterprise
  • Manage communication with project teams and user constituencies
  • Ensure a standardized and consistent approach for implementation of deliverables
  • Lead in researching new data sources and analytical capability
  • Manage first-tier user and operational support and any subsequent escalation
  • Self-starter/self-motivated, driven to establish and achieve aggressive goals
  • Able to work effectively with leaders at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to lead in multiple activities and tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal as well as active listening
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Problem solving using analytical and critical thinking
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level implementation and enhancement projects
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience
  • 1 year of management experience
  • Experience speaking and presenting before groups
