CereCore is seeking a
Technical Analyst to join our team in
Ocala, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to hospital tech analysts in support of moves, new construction, and workstation builds and deployments
- Respond to help desk tickets by providing systems troubleshooting to include printers, desktops, software and mobile devices
- Must have experience troubleshooting windows desktops and basic troubleshooting skills
- Good technical diagnostic skills and communication skills required.
What are 3 must-have/desired traits/experiences that the Manager would most like to see?
- Technical experience –support/troubleshooting of endpoint devices i.e. Windows 10, mobile devices, printers, etc.
- Soft skills – can communicate with non-technical people, customer service skills
- Strong drive to learn/grow
- Onsite at HCA Florida Ocala
- Is there a dress code/uniform for this position? Business casual
- Are there any requirements / health screening for this facility? Yes, will need to work with our Employee Health to obtain clearance.
- What is the planned work schedule for this contractor (work hours)? M-F 8:00-5:00 with an hour lunch
