CereCore is seeking an EHR Implementation Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare

Summary:

The position’s responsibility will include the implementation the Welch Allyn Intermittent Monitoring interface for acute care facility’s Emergency Room Departments for HCA sites utilizing Meditech Magic, Meditech Expanse, Epic and Cerner EMRs.  Position will be responsible for managing all project deliverables, working with 5 – 10 facilities simultaneously.  Position will be responsible for coordinating and tracking issue resolution for the implementations working with Subject Matter Experts.  Responsibilities will include frequent interactions with facility Emergency Room Directors, facility IT Directors, Biomedical Engineers, Division Representations, Corporate Teams and vendor staff. 

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to multi-task, and prioritize work based on current project goals and operational needs for large project initiatives scaling across HCA Enterprise
  • Ability to lead project initiatives and collaborate with vendor, business owners, IT Division leadership and Facility leadership
  • Work with clinical implementation team and Information Technology Group to deploy Intermittent Monitoring programs to facilities
  • Ability to work with stakeholders from both IT and Clinical leadership
  • Ability to communicate with purpose and impact to multiple audiences and business entities including targeted communications for project deliverables and operational directives
  • Obtain and document business, user, functional and non-functional requirements; as well as creating vendor requirements outlining new feature enhancement requests and driving solution deliverables
  • Perform analysis and evaluations on current state and document conclusions and remediation recommendations
  • Assist team members with overall issue management, including the education, training, resolution, and tracking/reporting for the application
  • Provide 3rd tier operational support to and management of issue resolution by the vendors
  • Perform as liaison with Intermittent Monitoring vendors to resolve/troubleshoot issues
  • Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”
  • Creation of field facing documentation 
  • Other duties as assigned to support business and product owner goal

Requirements:
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Previous product analyst experience preferred
  • Healthcare IT experience- preferred
  • Experience working with EHR system, MEDITECH experience preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
