CereCore is seeking a BI Developer to join our team in Nashville, TN. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Summary:
This position reports to the Expanse Program Director and is responsible for creating and managing the tools and processes for both the PMO and the Expanse Program. This position requires someone who is adaptable and can learn as we go, ready to create new processes and reporting tools.  The position is comfortable communicating with leadership at all levels, promoting methodologies, championing a culture of continuous improvement, and working with the teams to review and improve processes and recommend emerging technology solutions.

In this position you will:
  • Build solid relationships with leadership, business partners, staff, vendors to understand their needs
  • Build relationship with key stakeholders and liaise with them for ground level analysis, tools, and feedback around the enterprise implementation models
  • Build enterprise dashboard to support the Expanse program and display high level metrics
  • Align with Change and Release teams (Enhancement requests, Clinical Change networks and the Advisory groups) to build robust methodologies that are consistent with existing Maintenance Release Program, Service Releases and other existing team processes
  • Design, build, and implement robust processes to facilitate all program activities at both corporate and division level, including dashboard and/or metrics to assess readiness of each subsequent division
  • Create repeatable efficient processes for Program controls:
  • Implementation dashboards
  • issues, risks, change management and decisions
  • tracking progress
  • Project plans and charters
  • Educate, manage, and troubleshoot the processes, improvising as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team.  Lessons Learned is not a onetime event, but an on-going process for getting better.
  • Mentor and educate PMs on processes, tools, and building relationships with product teams and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • MBA Preferred
  • 5+ years Process improvement at large organizations and/or healthcare settings
  • 5+ years of program reporting tools and systems for Large organizations and/or healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of Project and Process management tools, including SharePoint, MS Office Suite, BI, Jira and Atlassian products
  • Experience and knowledge of process automation principles
  • System and Tooling knowledge: Sharepoint, Power BI and other Dashboard and reporting tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Software Development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and traditional waterfall
  • Functional knowledge of IT processes, especially infrastructure, integrations, and large deployments
  • Strong Business Analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills for communicating with technology resources, product SMEs, business owners and vendors
  • Ability to balance demands of multiple assignments
  • Strong Problem Resolution Skills including identification, tracking, escalation and resolution
  • Experience with process definition and documentation
