CereCore is seeking a Business Intelligence Application Engineer – Consulting Level to join our team Remotely. In this role you will be part of a multi-year project to implement CCaaS Genesys Cloud CX to 3,400 agents. Our business is moving off Cisco Dialer, Avaya Dialer and Noble Dialer being used in disparate call centers and consolidating to one place and implementing Gensys Cloud CX. Once in Cloud, we are taking that data and integrating with other parts of our business and will put reporting on it in order to have an enterprise view of all reporting of calls. The goal of this project is to provide a 365 view of the total patient journey.
Experience with multi-channel communications, dialers, and portal interactions is required. Genesys Cloud experience strongly preferred. Need to understand API’s, JSONs, cloud experience and dialer. Second big thing is need data modeling and SQL. We use PowerDesigner. We have other people doing the ETL and have other reporting people like report builders and report designers. This position is understanding the data, putting the data together and putting out to these various reporting tools for views of data. 

This position will be responsible for guiding/managing the design, development and maintenance of reports using various BI reporting software solutions. This individual will provide technical guidance and lead in the design and maintenance of the BI reporting solutions related to corporate standards. This individual will be a critical member of a collaborative team that is responsible for all aspects of data warehouse development from the high level design, code and report development, maintenance, support and growth of the reporting environment. The "reporting solution" may include sourcing data, transforming data, staging data, building the DB reporting layer and finally, building the report.

  • Guiding/managing the design, build, test and maintain BI Reporting Architecture, reports, dashboards, guided analytics and other BI solutions utilizing various reporting products for various service lines and will be a SME over multiple service lines
  • Monitoring the analyzing, re-writing, organizing, and/or migrating legacy reports to new BI reporting environment for various service lines.
  • Helps to create an environment where the BI Engineers can collaborate with business representatives, client relationship managers and technical leads to analyze, define, and document functional and non-functional business requirements utilizing standard business analyst tool sets including use cases, prototypes, data dictionaries, entity relationship diagrams, and business cases.
  • Leverage existing and evolving standards to achieve consistency in the products that BI provides and to speed development by adhering to a relatively narrow technology footprint.
  • Monitors incidents and requests from users to ensure that needs are being met and incidents are being resolved. Guides subject matter experts and technical resources to ensure that issues are properly researched and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Works with developers to ensure that all levels of data on a report have been analyzed, the root cause of issues has been found and/or questions on the data and the data lineage have been answered.  Manage the administration and maintenance of security provisioning for the supported BI tools.
  • Ensure that standard development methodology has been utilized throughout project life cycle
  • Ensure that reporting solutions have been created and focused on long-term supportability and scalability
  • Ensure that system documentation and test procedures and been create and followed
  • Manages the creation and maintenance of the high level programming tasks such as setting up of jobs or developing scripts to automate system functions
  • Sphere of influence – Operations, Managers, Directors, VP, Execs; Coaches and mentors other BI Engineers and is actively involved in developing/managing lower level engineers
  • Provides on-call assistance as needed.
  • Adheres to Code of Conduct and supports organizational IT&S standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 15+ years Information Technology and /or Business Intelligence experience including database, reporting, analytical experience and web application design.
  • Experience with HCA systems preferred.
  • Experience leading projects and working with multiple departments/service lines is required
  • Experience managing others, working with higher level Executives and managing processes/projects is required
  • Extensive Experience with Database platforms and BI Reporting Solutions such as, Business Objects, Power BI, Microstrategy, SSRS is required.  Expert in SQL Server and Teradata.
