CereCore is seeking a Product Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.
Summary: The Associate Product Analyst position reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs of applications/products supported by the Surgery Ventures Group. This position will conduct analysis to recommend system and business process modifications that support business strategies through purchased or in-house developed software. The analyst will work with the business to write detailed descriptions of business goals, user requirements, and other requirements to meet the business’s needs. This position requires the execution of requirements gathering and documentation practices to facilitate actionable software development methodologies. The analyst will communicate these requirements to technical resources and assure that the designed solution will meet business goals. This position will work with management to develop timelines and manage risks, assist in the development of quality assurance test plans, and help develop end user documentation.
This position will support the Surgery Ventures Group operations through gathering and documenting use cases and feature requirements. This position requires strong analytic skills, critical thinking, accountability, and enthusiasm for learning and solving problems.
In this position you will:
Performs intake of system and user issues and requirements
Performs analysis of system data to support issue resolution
Documents requirements for approval by business and for use by development and testing resources
Assists with unit testing; reviews test results
Coordinates timelines for development, testing, deployment and post-deployment monitoring
Updates tracking system for new requests and progress on work in process
Writes communication to announce new functionality for end users
Communicates frequently with ASD business leadership on timelines and progress for assigned projects
Works closely with business leaders and team members to evaluate issues and identify solutions which solve business problems while minimizing risk to existing processes
Executes any other additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to communicate verbally to all levels of staff and using a variety of media
Healthcare experience
Strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Experience working with Excel, Word templates, and other Office tools in order to create and communicate system requirements.
Ability to build and maintain strong and diverse network of relationships with various stakeholder groups. Identifies impact to other solutions or projects and works with other analysts and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations.
