CereCore is seeking a MEDITECH Clinical Application Analysts to join our team remotely but within the Nashville area as they need to be able to report to the Nashville office as needed.

CereCore is seeking a MEDITECH Clinical Application Analysts to join our team remotely but within the Nashville area as they need to be able to report to the Nashville office as needed.
Responsibilities
- End-user knowledge of Health Information Systems preferred, MEDITECH, Epic, or Cerner
- Experience in participating in project teams adhering to project requirements for their area of expertise.
- Experience in participating with project team or independently with general/moderate supervision to complete project work.
- Executes projects task within defined scope and timeline, appropriately following, implementation management methodology
- Understands testing concepts and adheres to the workflow and role defined for the Financial Testing.
- Documentation of testing issues following project protocols and communicates verbally to project team(s)
- The ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service focus.
- Must be able to display a professional demeanor, positive attitude and high client focused environment.
- Self-starter who can collaborate with cross-functional partners in a dynamic environment and deliver results.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, taking ownership and initiative and holding self and others accountable.
- The ability to think and act; decisiveness, assertiveness, with the ability to achieve results quickly.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience as a Lab Tech, Surgery Tech, Imaging Tech, or Pharmacy Tech
- Executes financial testing scenarios as provided by client following standard methodology
- Uses knowledge to contribute to system functionality testing, independently with general/moderate guidance to complete testing objectives.
- Participates in testing events and understands necessary outcomes.
- Provides onsite and off-site testing as required by client.
- Prioritizes own tasks and is able to follow instructions to execute tasks.
- Is able to identify risks, issues via approved methodologies and determine build impact following governance and/or reporting plan
- Understands project deliverables and assigned level of effort to complete and monitors own effort to stay within defined project scope.
- Reviews linked and unlinked reports and determines implementation build status in preparation for testing events and document findings
- Proficient in at least one HCIS system area (Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Surgery, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy)
- MEDITECH experience preferred
- Healthcare license preferred
- Proficient in Office suite products: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Based on client demands, need to be flexible if travel is needed, can be at times up to 100%.
