CereCore is seeking a Product Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Summary:

The Product Analyst for Support Services Applications serves as subject matter expert and connection point between business stakeholders, vendor, and IT support for applicable technologies. The scope of applications included for this role include both existing and yet-to-be defined products. The product analyst’s main responsibilities include requirement gathering, application support and issue resolution, and product improvement.

In this position you will:
  • Full understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
    ·Experience working in an agile environment
    ·Facilitates communications between IT and the Business Stakeholders from ideation through Enterprise deployment
    ·Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to identify/document project objectives, scope, dependencies and risks for projects
    ·Work as liaisons among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, data, policies and information systems
    ·Quickly understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements, analyze and present solution options
    ·Collaborate with peers to develop a customized business analysis approach, defining the business analysis tasks, resources, and estimated effort to complete a project
    ·Works independently to document project requirements, design the functional solution, identify and escalate project issues, and ensure the IT solution meets the requirements
    ·Works hand in hand with the development team to understand any new functionality being requested, how it can be automated and to execute on the automation at the time of development is coding said functionality
    ·Assists in the development of metrics used to track value delivery, performance, etc.
    ·Assists the QA team in creating Test Cases to ensure that all scenarios/requirements are covered
    ·Manage changes to the solution requirements, assessing the impact of requirement changes, and ensuring appropriate approval of those changes
    ·Manage solution requirement communication, ensuring that stakeholders have a shared understanding of the requirements
    ·Ability to operate and communicate effectively within deadlines
    ·Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
    ·Operational Support (25%)

Requirements:
  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Occasional travel: may require travel from time-to-time, but not on a regular basis
  • Experience in data sourcing and analysis
  • Experience with data and analytics tools (Power BI, etc.)
  • Ability to operate within a matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with various delivery processes- SCRUM, Agile, etc.
  • Experience with clinical, hospitality, or supply chain applications
  • Experience with health touch is a plus
  • In-office presence expected weekly, hybrid schedule
