CereCore is seeking a Genesys CX Cloud Developer to join our team Remotely. As a member of the IT and Service team at Parallon you’ll be working with the customer to design, develop, and test customized solutions within the Genesys Cloud CX platform. You will play an important role in our planned migration from disparate premise-based contact solutions to Genesys Cloud. We expect you to have both breadth and depth of technical knowledge and experience architecting and developing intelligent and efficient contact center solutions. Your communication style must be adaptable, thoughtful, and empathetic not only with the customer but with all cross functional partners. You’ll work closely with business and IT teams and their leaders, user interface SMEs, product owners, and consulting partners to deliver and maintain solutions based on customers experience priorities. The goal of the role is to build a world-class Genesys Cloud solution that will drive both improved customer experience and cost savings.
Responsibilities
Work with technical teams and business partners to provide insight into the design, development and implementation of Genesys Cloud CX capabilities
Provide day-to-day maintenance of Genesys Cloud CX that may involve the following: troubleshooting, flow changes both as a result of identified issues and new requirements.
Work with Product and Business Analysts, Scrum masters to help drive user story creation for the development and deployment of new functions
Present and demonstrate proposed solutions as required
Demonstrate flexibility to adjust working hours to match customer and team expectations
Requirements
Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX across all channels: Voice, SMS, Chat
Genesys Developer Certification
Have completed at least one Genesys Cloud conversion project
Understanding of Rest APIs, Postman, and JSON
Experience using monitoring tools and alerting methods
Strong troubleshooting skills involving Genesys and adjunct systems
In depth understanding of bots across channels including how to use operational diagnostics to tune and improve
Familiarity with the following is a plus:
Python and Machine Learning frameworks
CTI Adaptors and associated APIs
Telephony Integration
Genesys Cloud Outbound, WFE and Quality Management functions
