CereCore is seeking a Product Analyst to join our teamremotely. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.

Summary:

The Product Analyst II provides hands-on expertise, serving as an internal subject matter expert on products within the Operations Center of Excellence (OCOE) team. They will produce help guides, training manuals, or other documentation supporting OCOE owned products and services. This role will troubleshoot and remediate issues, systemic problems, outages, and bugs – escalating issues for continued support for issues outside their span of control. They take ownership of support tickets, remaining accountable for assisting the client through resolution of the issue.

The Product Analyst II will lead small projects within the team. Work with OCOE Manager(s) to track and report product and service metrics, delivering trend analysis reporting. Works with vendor product provider to keep OCOE tools in compliance and up to date.  

Major Responsibilities:

Product Analyst II

  •  

2-4 years of relative experience in supporting, maintaining and training on DevOps products and services

  •  

Maintains expertise in industry standard DevOps tooling (Github, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence)

  •  

Demonstrates strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills along with the ability to influence

  •  

Possesses technical knowledge in the DevOps process as well as the Agile software development process

  •  

Demonstrates strong ability to create and maintain documentation on OCOE tools and services

  •  

Analyzes customer and product data to identify trends in product and platform availability

  •  

Ability to present in front of groups both live and virtual

  •  

Consistently delivers according to commitments and project plan dates

  •  

Self-motivated and able to stay focused in complex environments


Requirements:
  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • The ideal candidate for this position has an IT product analysis background with strong communication skills with various audiences, and ability to guide other team members in project tasks.

    Software implementations experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
