CereCore is seeking a MEDITECH OR/ Surgery Billing Analyst to join our team remotely.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, implement, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and support for MEDITECH EMR software and other MEDITECH clinical applications.
- Perform workflow assessments, capture business needs, and analyze internal systems to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization of MEDITECH applications.
- Possess clinical and application knowledge and experience.
- Execute builds, upgrades, and system enhancements as needed.
- Support applications throughout all phases of implementation.
- Deliver post-implementation training, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Work within cross-functional team and with end-users to achieve application integration to meet clinical needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with MEDITECH Magic, C/S 6. x Clinical applications or Expanse.
- Experience with business process analysis and design, including identification and implementation of best practices.
- Surgical background, PACU end user preferred.
- Role may include but is not exclusive of; Verifying the surgical records to send charges; reconciling implants/vendor bills with the surgical record, deferring records for scheduling purposes.
- Accounting operational experience preferred
- Must have attention to detail and work well with a remote team
- Willingness to learn new tasks
