Position summary
This team is responsible for provisioning components of access for HCA workforce member identities. There are about half a million workforce members and the organization provisions access with an in-house tool that is a gateway to request access to upwards of 3200 applications. In this role you will be responsible for development, support, and tech projects related to the maintenance and enhancement of this in-house tool. You will participate in a project to migrate the software from old OS to new OS, will be doing a tech refresh and you will also be doing .NET development and scripting. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of programming experience with .NET, someone who is excited, wanting to try new things, enjoys problem solving and is enthusiastic.

Responsibilities 
  • Activities include but are not limited to design and development, testing, implementation, operational support, and maintenance of assigned applications.
  • Highly motivated, focused, and flexible individual committed to identifying, removing impediments from, and producing high quality Identity Management solutions within agreed upon timelines.

Requirements
  • 3- 5 years of experience building and supporting enterprise level software systems
  • 2 years of experience working with Java Script, Web API, JSON, HML, SQL
  • Some GIT and Java experience
  • Problem solving skills
  • Effective Communicator
  • Willing to work in the office hybrid 2-3 days a week
