Your Role: The HRIS Maestro

Step into the dynamic role of HRIS Analyst, a vital artery in our Total Rewards team. You’ll blend data analysis, business operations, and HR administration to ensure our system beats perfectly. Here’s a snapshot of your daily rounds:

  • Data Triage: Manage and audit data integrity with surgical precision.
  • Analytical Care: Diagnose trends and generate reports that provide critical insights.
  • Administrative Health: Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and apply system-based therapies to reduce manual workload and enhance overall operational health.
  • Stakeholder Rounds: Engage with system leaders to build dashboards and automate reporting schedules. Empower them with training to independently generate reports, enabling data-informed decisions for improved people operations.
  • Labor Council and Position Control: Facilitate the Labor Council process by coordinating agendas, evaluating requests, and reporting outcomes to supervisors. Oversee position control to keep our staffing heartbeat steady across all campuses.

What you will need:

  • Education: A four-year undergraduate degree is preferred
  • Professional Experience: Ideally, you've accumulated 3+ years in a related field, providing a solid foundation.
  • Technical Tools: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential; familiarity with UKG is required.
  • Analytical Expertise: Your talent for analysis, data modeling, and creating compelling presentations sets you apart.
  • Problem-Solving: You're adept at tackling complex issues with a blend of logic and creativity.
  • Communication and Drive: Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated work ethic are key to your success.
  • Adaptability: Your readiness to adapt in an ever-changing industry ensures seamless integration into our healthcare ecosystem.
