CereCore is seeking a Product Analyst to join our customer in Nashville, TN. 


The Associate Product Analyst will support applications and gain knowledge of specific business areas in order to lead and facilitate resolution of issues affecting software applications and IT services to meet business needs. The Associate will collaborate with various IT organizations in order to resolve issues affecting business operations, utilize strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively advance solutions, resolve issues, and articulate risks. The candidate will collaborate with senior-level Product Analysts, developers, and engineers.

This is an onsite, and the analyst will be required to be onsite in the Capitol View Office in Nashville, TN.

This position would benefit from having a background in Group Purchasing Organization and/or Supply Chain, specifically in the areas of contracting, data mastering, procurement, distribution, inventory control, and accounts payable in a healthcare setting.

Major Responsibilities:

Operations

Research and triage operational issues
Implement lessons learned from issue resolution
Provide status updates and proper communication
Support SLA’s and manage documentation maintenance
Demonstrate a commitment to deliver great customer service and products of excellent quality
Understands when issues have sensitive timelines and has a sense of urgency
Strive for continuous improvement through analysis
Governance & Process Improvement

Additional Qualifications

Ability to communicate succinctly and in a variety of media 
Excellent customer service skills
Proven strong critical thinking skills
Meticulous attention to detail
1 - 3 years of experience on increasingly challenging projects in business, or systems analysis or systems development 
Must be able to take initiative, be self-motivated, have a strong sense of accountability and be highly dependable
Must be organized, have the ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to the workload
Ability to be creative and innovative in a complex technical environment
Demonstrated ability to prepare and maintain documentation
Competency in MS Office Suite and MS operating system
Willing to work extended hours when required for an implementation
Participates in on-call rotation during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
High School Graduate/Equivalent - Required
Bachelor's degree - Preferred
