CereCore is seeking a Sr. Automation Engineer to join our team in Nashville, TN.

HCA ITG Consulting Automation Engineers are innovative individuals who use creativity and stakeholder partnerships to deliver business value.  Consulting Automation Engineers utilize technical expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and resolve issues to ensure automation programs and requirements are met.  Consulting Automation Engineers ensure the execution on automation efforts with enterprise interdependencies, size, visibility, and complexity levels and communicate across multiple channels including ITG and Business Operations, to design and document desired solutions, develop automatons according to best practices and guidelines, and test automations to approved plans.. Consulting Automation Engineers have ownership of their efforts from conception, through the deployment of their products, including turnover to the appropriate technical and user support organizations.  .  As a recognized leader, Consulting Automation Engineers will be sought after to coach and mentor colleagues.

Consulting Automation Engineers also serve as automation and technology consultants to other ITG and Business Units.  Consulting Automation Engineers use their expansive technical and business expertise to inform decisions around process reengineering, technical feasibility, technical solutioning, development practices, deployment engineering, and support functions.  Consulting Automation Engineers are the face of the Automation Center of Excellence’s technical expertise to the rest of HCA.

Provide technical and automation consulting services to ITG and Business Units
Serve as technical leaders in HCA’s automation community of practice
Lead development teams in the execution of larger programs
Executes against enterprise-wide, cross-functional automation initiatives 
Develop automated tools / scripts to specifications
Works with multiple areas at HCA to ensure understanding of assigned task.
Drives the development / implementation of automation work products.
Thoroughly tests developed products.
Adherence to all HCA standards and policies.
Establishes standards of scripts and work products developed so others can update / utilize.
Supports development of technical standards.
Prepares specifications of a highly technical or complex nature.
Analyzes user specifications and requirements.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree  Information Systems
Preferred

7+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering, Automation, or Development
Required
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Licenses, Certifications, & Training:

UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA)
Preferred

UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
Preferred
