Job Summary and Qualifications
CereCore, a provider of health IT services, seeks a versatile marketing and communications specialist to craft compelling communications that enhance culture, brand reputation, and growth. This role bridges internal and external communications by curating and narrating our organization’s story from and for our employees and key stakeholders and working with the content team on content extension that engages our target audiences.

This individual is part investigative journalist, storyteller, librarian, and engagement specialist who has a critical editorial eye and a strong understanding of digital and presentation formats that support our teams across multiple locations and remote environments.

This individual should have an understanding of IT consulting services and B2B marketing, strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. They should be self-directed and prefer collaborative work in a team environment. 

• Draft compelling content for newsletters, announcements, and internal websites. 
• Assist content team with external publications and collaborate with content, sales, and subject matter experts to identify stories that support brand growth. 
• Develop and maintain internal customer reference library. 
• Optimize and implement internal communications strategies across various channels (CereCore Link bi-weekly newsletter, CereCore Link SharePoint site, Webex teams groups, etc.) 
• Curate engaging experiences, such as town halls or employee events. 
• Serve as team lead for internal SharePoint/intranet resources, that ensures that employees can access the information they need when they need it. 
• Liaise with company departments and events team for promotional materials, signage, or marketing-owned equipment. 
• Manage company brand store inquiries and inventory. 
• Establish and maintain a consistent process for monitoring engagement and information flow across departments and parent company (examples: SharePoint usage, newsletter readership). 
• Participate in the continued advancement of CereCore messaging to connect with target audiences. 
• Demonstrate strong capability in using SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office products. 
• Adapt content for various digital formats and presentation styles. 
• Other duties as assigned or needed by business. 

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Three or more years of relevant work experience
