CereCore is seeking a  Nursing Administrative Assistant  C
linical Services Group at HCA. This is expected to a 3 + month contract onsite Nashville, TN.


Position Summary
This position provides administrative support to assigned Vice Presidents. Professional presence, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential. Maintains Outlook calendars and email for CSG leaders as assigned. Schedules meetings (internal/external to the organization) as requested. Flexible in supporting any office projects needing attention due to specific deadlines. Assists other administrative support staff as a backup and cross-training as needed. Promotes process improvements, and courteous environment within the department.



RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to balance conflicting & changing demands
  • Respects confidentiality of data and communications encountered in the workplace
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Demonstrate proficient project coordination
  • Excellent customer service skills in personal, telephone, and written communications
  • Ability to use judgment when resolving issues on behalf of managers

Requirements
 
  • College Degree and at least one year of supporting executive level leaders preferred.
  • Has a positive attitude, is enthusiastic and exemplifies tenets of the HCA Healthcare culture
