Role: Business Analyst with a focus on EHR Access and Identity

Location: London, United Kingdom - Hybrid

Contract: 12 Month FTC

CereCore International is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will work hybrid (with weekly travel to our London office) for one of CereCore's clients (HCA Healthcare)

This role will be responsible for supporting development of user access controls for the Electronic Health Record (EHR). The role will collaborate with EHR Programme and business stakeholders to develop detailed business requirements and drive standardisation & implementation of role-based access. Additionally, the role will perform data analysis and develop documentation in support of EHR Identity & Access initiatives.

The BA must possess strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving ability. They must also have a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology and processes. They must possess strong technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills, and the ability to deal effectively with people in a wide variety of situations. Ability to think outside the box. . Previous experience exercising high levels of initiative, judgment, and diplomacy required. Proven ability to operate in extreme high-pressure situations, successfully handle multiple priorities and possess a high level of discipline while remaining flexible.

Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst supports Access & Identity Management for the Electronic Health Record.. Core responsibilities include:

  • Planning and implementation of EHR Access and Identity Management system and processes.
  • Completing the identity and access functions, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate resolution of identity and access matters.
  • Work closely with other team members to identify and suggest resolutions and improvements to processes
  • Centralization and standardisation of user access within the EHR.
  • Identification, development, and documentation of user access controls in conjunction with the business and Programme teams
  • Involvement in projects as needed as determined by the scope and related to the job function.
  • Document internal procedures.
  • Be responsive and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Report issues to the Team Leader.

Position Requirements:

  • 2 years+ relevant experience desirable.
  • Profound understanding of how Access to EHR system is used in healthcare.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in high pressure and changing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology and IT Security.
  • Skilled in written and oral communication.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision.
