CereCore is a healthcare solutions provider that specializes in offering IT services, workforce management, and operational support to healthcare organizations. They focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare systems through various solutions, including electronic health record (EHR) support, IT staffing, and consulting services.

Position Summary
The primary focus of this Nashville-based Product Analyst includes the migration of 190 hospitals to Meditech Expanse, HCA’s future Electronic Health Record system. The product analyst will own the build, configuration, and interface testing as we move our Mobile Heartbeat platform to Expanse. They should be able to follow a project plan, create documentation, participate in project calls, and lead the technical components for assigned facilities.
This Product Analyst’s primary responsibility will include the oversight of small projects and product knowledge of HCA’s mobile technology platform. HCA leverages iPhone technology to implement clinical applications to our hospitals’ clinical and non-clinical staff. This platform leverages Mobile Heartbeat as a HIPAA compliant, secure clinical communication tool to provide patient critical information at the bedside.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facility migrations to the Expanse platform
• Participate in incident management and resolution
• Contribute to product knowledge base, and customer documentation portal
• Coordinate and assist with iMobile project plans and deliverables
• Create meeting content and facilitate project meetings
• Organize and prepare documentation that is detailed and project specific
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks and timelines are comprehensive and complete
• Occasional Travel: The job may require travel from time-to-time, but not on a regular basis.
• Other duties as assigned to support business and product owner goal

Position Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of experience in Clinical Informatics setting
• 1+ year(s) of experience in Hospital or healthcare setting
• Interface or integration experience (knows how data is sent from one system to another)
• Can talk to people and lead a technical conversation
• Attention to detail, can follow a project plan and complete build activities
• Experience testing an application and can troubleshoot bad connections or data points
• Experience working in the Healthcare Industry preferred
• Must be detail oriented, good communication skills, ability to work with stakeholders and must be proactive in completing work efforts
