CereCore is seeking a PatientKeeper (Non-Med) Product Analyst to join our team remotely.

 

Summary:
  • PatientKeeper Senior Product Analyst (Non-Med) leads and contributes to the efforts of reviewing, analyzing, evaluating and configuring clinical informatic systems based on user needs.
  • Provide business and clinical knowledge in analyzing and collaborating on business opportunities and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
  • As a member to the PatientKeeper team alongside the Clinical Services Group and other key project team members to define requirements’, design the functional solution, configure/set uo, test and demonstrate functionality, create required product support/setup documentation, identify and escalate project issues, and ensure solution’s meet requirements.
  • Recommend changes to core IT&S infrastructure, current business/clinical process, policies and information systems that provide recognized business value.
Responsibilities:
  • Elicits and documents business, user, functional and non-functional requirements as needed and ensures specific requirements are met and approved by users where critical to project results and timetable.
  • Perform analysis and evaluations on current state and document conclusions and recommendations.
  • Track all enhancement requests for the product and submit requirements documents through management and subsequently through PatientKeeper.
  • Complete tasks/assignments as required for project and meet defined deadlines.
  • Applies critical thinking skills to solve difficult problems with effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Identifies impact to other solutions or projects and works with other project team members and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations
  • Take responsibility for PatientKeeper modules, working to becoming a SME
  • Work with PatientKeeper Management team to report on any project, project or stakeholder questions and recognizes responsibility to involve others where needed.
  • Provides 3rd level Operation Support
  • Track all configuration changes

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Understanding of PatientKeeper Non-Medication Order Entry Functionality configuration and workflow knowledge
  • Understanding of Physician Clinical Workflow within a Hospital Setting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Ability to develop and deliver training material (written, in person, recorded)
  • Detail orientated and analytical with good organizational skills
  • Respect for diverse of experience, characteristics, viewpoints and opinions
  • Understanding of PatientKeeper Non-Medication Order Entry Functionality configuration and workflow knowledge
